Important Know hows (T&C)

After consultation, we advice the proper procedure before surgery.
Once the date of surgery is fixed , we thoroughly explain the pre-operative procedure to the patients. Meticulous following of the procedure will ensure safe and uneventful surgery.
A preoperative guide is provided to the patient.
Before surgery the consent form is filled up by the patient.
Usually surgery is planned in the morning around 11 o'clock. ( For planned cases )
Emergency surgery is done on priority basis.
We do not operate on Sundays for planned procedures.
After the consent form fillup by patient, he/she is admitted in the hospital. all due and correct information about the patient should be provided by relatives of the patient.
We do not operate on single patient who is not accompanied by any person.
At the hospital we allow the stay of one relative with the patient. We have provided a separate bed for the relative.
After the surgery the do's and don'ts are explained to the patient.
We discharge the patient upon the establishment of fitness by the patient.
We do not discharge the patient on his/her request.
Complete preoperative checkup is done by a Physician and anesthetist for all patients by default.
For diabetic patients , we admit them one or two days before surgery to control blood sugar by means of insulin injections.
The above term also applies for Hypertensive patients.
There is no shortcut to discharge date after surgery.
There is no obligation on patients for choosing acomodation and types of mesh that we use.
After the surgery followups and consultation is free.( 3 months ).
Dressing and medical procedures which may be needed after surgery are free. ( 3 months ), however dressing materials and consumables will be borne by the patients , which is nominal.
No fees for follow ups and dressings.
Before surgery , initial payment as advance is required up to INR.5000/-
We bill the patient at the time of discharge. It means that the total bill needed to pay before discharge. No left overs.
We strictly follow NO CREDIT policy.
Currently we accept only cash and cheques.
If you wish to pay by cheque then you will have to pay in advance of 3 days prior to surgery.
Complete payment of bill is mandatory before discharge.
There can not be negotiations for the fees of surgery here.
we do not operate under any influence from any Political parties.
We expect fair behaviour from the patients and their relatives during the stay of patient in hospital.
Charges for surgery which were quoted to the patient may change at actual . This may be because of extra medicines , extra surgical procedure,extra time for surgery required.
